Manual Lymphatic Drainage class (Feel the Flow)

This MLD class is NCBTMB approved for instruction on what they note is one of the most requested types of massage today. What is your lymph system you might ask? Massage Therapist and Teacher Aileen Judson will share her wealth of knowledge on the importance of a healthy lymph system this weekend in the Manual Lymphatic Drainage 12 hour CE class.

Aileen says it has been likened to the “sewer of the body”. That got me wondering if I really want to pay attention to that? Turns out I do. Like a sewer, the lymph system flushes out all the toxins, waste, harmful bacteria and viruses and anything else that is in your body that needs to come out. It is part of the first line of defense in your immune system.

Sounding pretty important, yes. If it is clogged, damaged or not attended to all that stuff will stay in your tissues causing swelling, low immunity, lack of mobility, etc. Bring your concerns and issues with edema, sluggishness, pain, swelling, etc. to this informative and transformative class.
