You may register online on our website, call or email us. Pre-registration is required. Please note, if you register online using a credit card a nonrefundable credit card fee is added into the total cost of your class. To avoid the credit card fee please call or email to register.

If signing up for a massage therapy continuing education course, a deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit is 25% of the total cost of your class. If signing up for a community wellness class a deposit is not required.

For participants signing up for a massage continuing education course through EENAZ, a 25% deposit of the total course cost is required when booking.
If you cancel 10 days or more before your course date you will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable credit card fee. If you cancel less than 10 days before your course date, you may transfer your course fee/deposit to a future course with that instructor, OR receive a refund, minus the non-refundable credit card fee and 25% deposit. Additionally, you are responsible for any supply fees that may be due to the instructor at the instructor’s discretion. If the course is canceled by the instructor or EENAZ for any reason, then the course fee/deposit is refundable and/or transferable to any future class with that instructor.
For participants signing up for a community class no deposit is required when booking and you may cancel anytime free of charge.
You must call EENAZ to cancel your class. You cannot cancel online. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.

We are located in Moonshot at the Flagstaff Campus near buffalo park. Moonshot has two buildings, the northside building located at 2225 N. Gemini Dr. Flagstaff AZ, 86001 and the southside building located at 2201 N. Gemini Dr. Flagstaff AZ, 86001.
Our main class room is located in the southside building (2201 N. Gemini Dr.) closest to east Cedar Avenue.
In some cases your class may be held at a different location. Please refer to the instructions provided by your teacher.

Free parking is available in the parking lot of the south side building closest to east cedar avenue. Please reach out to us if you are uncertain where to park.

If you are sick, please stay home. Please let your instructor know immediately if you feel sick and cannot attend your class. In some cases your course fee may be transferred to a different class.

The Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy requires 24 hours of CE’s every two years. 12 hours may be online and 12 hours must be live in person. Renewal information.
If you are not licensed in Arizona, please refer to your specific state requirements. The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) requires 24 hours of CE’s every two years. Renewal information.

Most massage therapists opt to carry professional liability insurance, however this is not mandatory in the State of Arizona.

Any class that requires touching another person requires a professional license that includes touching of a client/patient as part of the practice of that profession.
The qualifications for taking any specific class may vary and are determined by the instructor. Unless specifically indicated in the class description, CEs will only be awarded to LMTs.
