What is your class registration policy?

You may register online on our website, call or email us. Pre registration is required.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancel 7 days or more before your course date, get a full refund. Cancel with less than 7 days before your course date and you may transfer your course fee to another class or receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Additionally, any supply fees may be due to the instructor at the instructor’s discretion. You must call NAZWC to cancel your class if within the 7 days leading up to the start date; you cannot cancel online. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund. For Community Enrichment classes you may cancel anytime free of charge.

Where are you located? 

We are located in Moonshot at the Flagstaff Campus near buffalo park. Moonshot has two buildings, the northside building located at 2225 N. Gemini Dr. Flagstaff AZ, 86001 and the southside building located at 2201 N. Gemini Dr. Flagstaff AZ, 86001.

Our main class room is located in the southside building (2201 N. Gemini Dr.) closest to east cedar avenue.

In some cases your class may be held at a different location. Please refer to the instructions provided by your teacher.

Where should I park?

Free parking is available in the parking lot of the southside building closest to east cedar avenue. Please reach out to us if you are uncertain where to park.

What should I bring to class?

Please refer to the instructions provided by your teacher for information on class materials, what to bring, wear etc. 

What if I am not feeling well the day of my class?

If you are sick, please stay home. Please let your instructor know immediately if you feel sick and cannot attend your class. In some cases your course fee may be transferred to a different class.

I am a licensed massage therapist, how many CE’s do I need to renew my license?

The Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy requires 24 hours of CE’s every two years. 12 hours may be online and 12 hours must be live in person. Renewal information can be found at https://massagetherapy.az.gov/for-applicants 

If you are not licensed in Arizona, please refer to your specific state requirements. The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) requires 24 hours of CE’s every two years. Renewal information can be found at https://www.ncbtmb.org/certificantsold/renew/ 

Do I need professional liability insurance if I am an LMT? 

Most massage therapists opt to carry professional liability insurance, however this is not mandatory in the State of Arizona.

Who may take LMT Continuing Education classes?

Any class that requires touching another person requires a professional license that includes touching of a client/patient as part of the practice of that profession.

The qualifications for taking any specific class may vary and are determined by the instructor. Unless specifically indicated in the class description, CEs will only be awarded to LMTs.
